At PAA Car Rentals & Safaris, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly, while covering necessary administrative and operational costs.

Car Hire & Transfer Bookings

  • Full refund if cancellation is made 48 hours or more before pickup time.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the booking.

Safari, Tour & Hotel Bookings

  • Refunds depend on supplier or partner policies. Any non-refundable deposits will be clearly stated during booking.
  • PAA Car Rentals will process eligible refunds within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

Flight & Air Ticketing

  • Airline refund rules apply. Administrative fees may be deducted as per industry standards.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-shows or early returns.
  • Failure to present valid identification, driver’s license, or required documentation.
  • As specified during a promotions terms and conditions.
